Salad
- 2 cups Mixed Mesclun Greens
- 1 Apple Thinly Sliced Choose Your Favorite Apple
- 2 Strips Chopped Cooked Applewood Bacon
- 3 tbsp Toasted Walnuts 350 degrees for 10 minutes
- 2 Chopped Dried Black Mission Figs
- 4 tbsp Goat Cheese
- 4 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Garlic Clove Minced
- 1/2 cup Canola Oil
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Chopped Rosemary Very finely chopped.
Salad
Gently, mix the greens with balsamic vinaigrette, save a little bit of the dressing to drizzle over top.
Top the greens with apple, walnuts, figs, and goat cheese.
Drizzle the salad with the remaining vinaigrette.
