Recipes with Purpose

Everyone wants to be healthy and it starts with eating better food but that can be challenging and expensive. The importance of using quality ingredients to follow thoughtful recipes can't be ignored. Eating better prevents disease, raises energy levels, and improves sleep, mental and bone health, and digestion among countless other benefits.
Fast food, soda, and almost all center aisles of a grocery store are full of ingredients that are hard to pronounce and even harder on the body. Of course, these option are often times more affordable and convenient making them hard to replace.
The purpose behind BrianSirois.com is to present food options for beginner home chefs with recipes that can be used for any occasion. Meal prepping for the week, making a holiday roast, or wanting to make a homemade gummy? There is something for everyone.
Each recipe was carefully crafted to serve in restaurants, taught to cooking classes, presented to people with dietary restrictions, or prepared for friends and family of the chef.
Eating better food starts here, enjoy the recipes and have fun making them your own!
