Using mayonnaise (Burman’s is so good!), whole grain mustard, sour cream. prepared horse radish, olive oil, salt, and fresh cracked black pepper, this Horseradish Mustard Cream is addicting. It is everything a great sauce should be. It is sour, tangy, creamy, spicy, and salty… it even has a bit of sweetness depending on the brand of mustard that you use. 

Easy to make and even easier to eat all of it one sitting.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Prepared Horseradish Gently Squeeze to Remove Some of the Liquid
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/8 tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 4 Sprigs Finely Diced Chives Optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine.
